Pilates for Pregnancy/Post-Natal

Specialist Pilates in pregnancy Instructor. Keep in shape throughout your pregnancy and get back in shape following the birth of your baby. This class will help to increase your deep abdominal strength to provide support for the Uterus and baby.  This will act as a splint for the spine by keeping it in a neutral position. Aids childbirth by increasing strength in the pelvic floor muscles. Promotes good posture and stronger core strength which helps control pelvic tilt. Stronger toned abdominals are less likely to separate. Modifications are provided for each trimester.

No Pilates Experience is necessary.  Amazing post natal programme to return you to your prepregnant level and get your abdominals flatter.
