did Pilates throughout my pregnancy and post natal - I have got my
tummy back to what it was before I was pregnant and I found it really
great to find an exercise regime that I could do throughout the 9
months.

Physio recommended that I do Pilates to help my back. Since starting

felt really stiff when I started Pilates and my back hurt a lot after
a round of golf. After 6 months of one to one weekly Pilates sessions
and some practise at home on my stretching, I am as flexible as I
ever was in my 20's and I enjoy more of my Golf.

have found Annie's Pilates class really helped my muscle tone. My
